Barça is still planning its squad for next season. Nobody at the club wants to stop and Laporta's plan is to have everything set up so that there are no surprises later. From the current squad, several players can leave, but there's one case that surprises the club above all: Pau Víctor's.
Pau Victor arrived from Girona for just over 3 million euros and his presence, so far, has been minimal. However, the 22-year-old has been given enough time to make his debut in La Liga, raising the interest of several teams in Spain willing to sign him to reinforce their attacking front.
Until now, the price that Pau Víctor could have wasn't known, although news site Mundo Deportivo has revealed how much his buyout clause is valued at. The Catalonian player signed until 2029 with Barça, agreeing a clause with Laporta of 100 million euros, which would allow him to leave without having to negotiate his price.
However, it seems unlikely that any team will pay 100 million euros for Pau Víctor. The young striker will continue to wait for opportunities from Hansi Flick, although a scenario that could end with his departure from FC Barcelona as early as January is not ruled out.
