Ancelotti Requests and Florentino Already Negotiating: Return to Real Madrid Confirmed

Florentino is negotiating the return to Real Madrid of a legend that Carlo Ancelotti has requested.

Florentino doesn't want to waste any time and has got down to work. After trying (unsuccessfully) to get Kroos to come out of retirement and return to Real Madrid, what the president wants now is to convince him to start his coaching career at the Madrid club.

Kroos has decided to start his adventure as a coach, taking the corresponding course first. Defensa Central has discovered that Florentino will try to convince him to join the coaching staff led by Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid, with the intention of contributing with his soccer knowledge.

The idea at Real Madrid is for Kroos to become Ancelotti's "new Zidane". The Frenchman also began his career as a manager being an assistant to the Italian coach, then became the manager of Castilla and then had two phases in the first team.

Kroos: an Unlikely Agreement

In this sense, the aforementioned source sees it as difficult for Toni Kroos to accept Florentino's proposal. The German former player's current intention is to stay away from the media spotlight, giving his family the attention they deserve after so many years in the elite.

In any case, what Toni Kroos is clear about is that he doesn't want to progress any further than necessary. The first thing he wants to do is the coaching course, and then he'll see. He'd like to start by working with the youngest players, trying to advance little by little in his career as a coach.

At Real Madrid, Florentino and Ancelotti believe that Toni Kroos can contribute a lot to any team and they don't want to lose track of him. He has enormous potential as a manager and they believe that he can become one of the best in the world... you only have to see his soccer knowledge.

Florentino Has a plan B for Toni Kroos

Everything seems to indicate that Kroos will end up rejecting Real Madrid's proposal, but this doesn't mean that there's no plan B. Florentino is aware of this possibility and believes that there are other options to reinforce Carlo Ancelotti 's coaching staff sooner rather than later.

One of them is Raúl González, who's decided to leave the Castilla dugout when this season ends. In any case, one of the priorities is Kroos, who doesn't seem very convinced about this option and would prefer to take things step by step.
