Rodrygo is Shocked as Saudi Arabia is After a Madrid Player (Not Vinícius Júnior)

Saudi Arabia is trying to convince one of Ancelotti's undisputed starters to leave Real Madrid.

Saudi Arabia is looking to strengthen its squad with top European stars to raise the level of its competition. The most powerful rumor in recent months has linked Vinícius Júnior with the Middle Eastern country. However, it seems that there's another Real Madrid player who's also very popular there: Courtois.

Courtois, 32, has a contract with Real Madrid until 2026. Although he would be delighted to continue at the club of his dreams, the offer from Saudi Arabia is very tempting as he would be very well paid.

Marca journalist José Félix Díaz has revealed the news: "I spoke with Thibaut Courtois's agent... and he told me that there was an offer from the Saudi Arabian league for Courtois."

Courtois is receiving a very high-priced offer from Saudi Arabia. He is being tempted, although the reality is that he isn't expected to leave immediately. He's aware that he has the level to continue being important in the best team in Europe.

The context for Courtois in 2026 would be different. With his contract with Real Madrid coming to an end at age 34, he could leave for Saudi Arabia on a free transfer to retire in style. That way, he could earn a huge salary in a less competitive landscape.

Saudi Arabia doesn't Only Want Courtois

Beyond Courtois, The Saudi are still waiting for Vinícius Júnior and are preparing a lot of money to take him away.

To achieve their goal, they have what the rest of the world lacks: money. That's the best weapon to convince top players in world soccer.

Saudi Arabia will not give up on its efforts to make Vinícius the global ambassador of Saudi Arabia 2034. This double role, player and ambassador, would justify the amounts that the Arab country is willing to spend to get the Real Madrid star.

It has emerged that the people who handle Vinícius's affairs have met with representatives of the FIP in London to present their detailed offer.

Vinícius would receive 1 billion euros tax-free over the next five years. An offer ten times higher than the income he receives at the Bernabéu. Courtois's salary, however, wouldn't be as high.
