Hansi Flick Asks for It and Laporta Accepts: Two Transfers for Barça Now Settled

Hansi Flick has strengthened his staff with two new assistants, as Laporta has happily accepted.

Hansi Flick has had no problem surrounding himself with experts in his coaching staff. Following the recommendations of Barça itself, the German manager has always been willing to increase the number of assistants he has around him... But now he has been the one to ask Laporta to incorporate two new members to his staff.

In the latest episode of the "Barça Reservat" podcast, they discovered that Hansi Flick has incorporated two new analysts into his coaching staff. They are blessed by Laporta, given that, in these times of scarcity, he has had no problem in reinforcing the German's coaching staff when Flick asked him to do so.

Specifically, two German analysts have recently joined Hansi Flick's coaching staff: Stephan Nopp and Michael Hasemann. They have a past with their country's national team and will help in the preparation of Barça's matches. Laporta couldn't be happier: the manager is always willing to make changes and add talent to his coaching staff.

Hansi Flick and Laporta have settled another "transfer"

Hansi Flick has also asked for it and Laporta hasn't taken long to close the deal for his return to Barça. Everything's been negotiated and agreed for Thiago Alcántara to rejoin the German manager's staff, with whom he shares a great friendship and has already worked in the previous months.

Thiago Alcántara helped Hansi Flick in his first few weeks at Barcelona, explaining how the club works and acting as a liaison with the squad. However, his job was short-lived: he had to return to the UK for tax reasons, although he never really left the day-to-day running of the club.

Despite being in the UK, Thiago Alcántara has continued to follow the day-to-day running of Barça, being in almost constant contact with Hansi Flick and the rest of the assistants. He has attended (virtually) various meetings of the technical staff and his point of view has always been highly respected.

Given his importance in the team, Laporta has wasted no time in negotiating a new contract with Thiago Alcántara. As soon as his tax problems are solved on January 1, he will return from the United Kingdom to permanently join the team led by Flick.
